Quérard, V, 47.
Second edition, increased by the important fourth part.
Dated 1736, it is entirely devoted to antique medals. The illustration consists of 3 engraved frontispieces, a large fold-out map of the United Provinces of the Netherlands by Chatelain, a large plate illustrating "La Grande salle d'audience de La Haye", a vignette repeated on each title, and 103 plates of medals.
This vast history of the revolutions of the Netherlands relates events from 1566 to 1618, the year of the birth of the Republic created by the seven united provinces.
Spine faded, some spotting or scuffing, 2 corners dulled. Nevertheless a very good and complete copy.
